Shipping & Handling Guidelines
Boxes can be accepted as early as three (3) business days prior to the program start date. Delivery instructions and expected number of packages should be communicated with your Conference Service Manager. Packages that need to be shipped out must be sealed and include an air bill with billing details and a designated area must be coordinated for pick up. Shipments that arrive earlier may be refused or be subject to handling and storage fees. The Hotel at the University of Maryland accepts no responsibility or liability for the delivery, security or condition of packages, equipment, good, displays or other materials. The client bears sole responsibility for insuring its property from loss or damage.

Important Announcement
Sponsorship closes October 3, 2025. Sponsors who register after the cut off date will be charge a $200 late fee. Attendees who register
after October 10th will be charged a $50 late fee. Why an extra fee? When people have signed up late, the staff has to scramble to update all the marketing materials, floor plans, attendee list script and more! Avoid the fee and sign up on time!!! Due to Printing deadlines, any attendees and sponsors who sign up after the cut off date cannot be guaranteed to be included in printed materials.
