MTTS Vendor Electrical Requirements

Those in need of electric should contact Water’s Edge Event Center, Bryan Fedor at Bryan.Fedor@watersedgeevents.com. Pricing is based on the vendor’s requirements. A power strip is $25 plus applicable fees. Special power requirements will require custom pricing. In the body of the email, you MUST state your electric needs and provide contact information for the booth operator and billing contact. Water’s Edge Event Center will send an invoice to both parties in advance. Please try to book your electrical needs ASAP!

Shipping & Handling Guidelines

Water’s Edge Event Center will begin to receive shipments as soon as November 4th. There is no charge for receiving packages.

All outbound shipping is done by the vendor, and pickup arrangements must be made in advance. If a vendor has any questions, they can contact Bryan Fedor at Bryan.Fedor@watersedgeevents.com.

Important Announcement

Sponsorship closes September 27, 2024. Sponsors who register after the cut off date will be charge a $100 late fee. Attendees who register after October 11th will be charged a $50 late fee. Why an extra fee? When people have signed up late, the staff has to scramble to update all the marketing materials, floor plans, attendee list script and more! Avoid the fee and sign up on time!!! Due to Printing deadlines, any attendees and sponsors who sign up after the cut off date cannot be guaranteed to be included in printed materials.
